An observer, a documenter, and someone who cares deeply about your story
I first discovered photography in college athletics (#onedog), where I learned to chase emotion, energy, and the stories happening in real time. I didn’t realize it then, but those early sideline moments shaped the way I see the world and taught me to look for both the big celebrations and the quiet in-between moments that matter just as much.
A few years later, in 2023, when I stepped into a role in church communications, I picked up a camera again and felt God reignite that same love for storytelling in my heart. What started as a rekindled curiosity quickly grew into something deeper, and in 2024, Ally Grace Media was born — rooted in grace and centered on the stories He is writing.
Today, I serve a local Christian school through media and communications, capturing school events and athletics and getting to witness the ways God is working in the lives of students and families each day. Beyond my work in schools, I love documenting stories of all kinds, from weddings and couples, to individuals, and families, always with a focus on honest emotion, natural connection, and the beauty God has placed in every season.
At the heart of it all, I’m simply someone who loves people and the stories God weaves through their lives. Now based in Charlotte, NC, my approach is simple and calm: create space for authenticity, serve my clients with care, and capture moments with clarity, warmth, and intention — all for His glory.
